Refund & Cancellation Policy

Short version: We offer a full 7-day free trial with no payment required. All paid subscriptions are non-refundable. Please use the trial to make sure EquiTrack is right for you before subscribing.
1. Free trial
Every new account gets 7 calendar days of full access to every feature, with no credit card required. You will only be prompted to pay on day 8.
2. No refunds after payment
Because EquiTrack is a digital service delivered instantly upon subscription — and because you have a generous 7-day free trial to evaluate every feature before paying — all payments are strictly non-refundable.
This includes, but is not limited to: change of mind, failure to use the Service, discovering a missing feature, billing mistakes on the user's end, and account termination for violation of our Terms.
3. Exceptions
The only exceptions where we will issue a full refund are:
- Duplicate charge caused by a payment-gateway error.
- Charge made to an account that was never created (fraudulent or mistaken payment).
- A service-wide outage lasting more than 7 consecutive days within a billing cycle, confirmed by us.
In any of these cases, email admin@equitrack.in within 7 days of the charge. We will verify and reverse the charge to the original payment method within 10 working days.
4. Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time from Settings or by emailing us. Cancellation stops future renewals — you will continue to have paid access until the end of the already-paid year. No pro-rata refund is issued for the unused portion.
5. Account deletion
Deleting your account terminates your subscription immediately and removes all your data within 7 working days. As with cancellation, no refund is issued.
